2011 Plans.  John Fried, chair of the bylaws committee, informed the CLAPA membership that the directors plan to update the CLAPA bylaws, present the revised bylaws to CLAPA in June 2011 with a vote on whether to approve them in August 2011.

Other Business.  Dave Wolanski briefed the CLAPA membership on the history of the campground on the lake and his concerns about its growth and expansion in number of sites and shoreline impact since the 1960’s, and he requested that the CLAPA Board inquire whether the campground is in compliance with state and town legal requirements.  Following discussion about this and about which offices have authority over land and water resources, CLAPA decided to establish a shoreline protection subcommittee.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 pm.
